Janet (Tolerico) Bonacci Oliveri
November 20, 2021

Janet (Tolerico) Bonacci Oliveri, 95, Carbondale, died Saturday at Carbondale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Her husbands were the late Carmine Bonacci and Angelo Oliveri.

Born in Carbondale, daughter of the late John and Marianne (DeMarco) Tolerico, she was a secretary for Adam’s Cable Company. Janet had many hobbies she enjoyed. For years, she danced the polkas for WVIA. She loved bowling at Valley Lanes and playing cards with family and friends. She frequently mentioned being a member of The Golden Age Club and was a loyal volunteer for Marian Community Hospital. In recent years, her weekly activities and singing at the Carbondale Nursing Home brought her great joy.

The family would like to thank the staff of Carbondale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the great care Janet received. It was just “okie dokie.”

Surviving are two daughters, Mary Carol Snyder, Delaware; JoAnn Garvey and husband Peter, Massachusetts; a brother, Vince Tolerico, Carbondale; 5 grandchildren, Melissa, Mallory, Mario, Andrea, and Lauren; 6 great grandchildren, several nieces/nephews and cousins.
