Justin Thomas Rugar, 36, Simpson, passed away Friday, July 26, 2024.

Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, son of the late Richard and Linda (Jacob) Rugar Sr., he was a funny, caring person who enjoyed fishing, dart leagues, and making everyone laugh.

Justin is survived by 3 brothers, Richard Rugar (with whom he resided) and his wife Roxanne, Simpson PA; Robert Rugar and his wife Donna, Taylor PA; Joseph Rugar and his wife Sasha, Worcester MA; 1 sister, Tracey Nelson and her husband CaRon, Lodi NJ; several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Rugar.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 2 to 4 p.m. in Lawrence A. Gabriel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 74 N. Main St., Carbondale PA.
