Kevin G. Solsbury, 65, Carbondale, passed away Thursday morning, April 24, 2025, at home. His wife is Karen Hoover. They would have celebrated their 15^th wedding anniversary on June 26^th.

Born in Debry CT, son of the late Henry and Ann (Bailey) Solsbury, he was employed as a warehouse forklift driver. He was also an avid New York Giants fan and Nascar enthusiast.

In addition to his wife, Kevin’s survivors include 2 daughters, Carolyn Grant and husband James, Waterbury CT; Katie A. Solsbury, Ronco PA; his buddy and bonus son (step-son), Timothy Tarvin, Carbondale; stepson, Scott Tarvin, Binghamton NY; 2 sisters, Maureen Solsbury, CT; Ellen Stefancin and husband Richard, CT; 2 grandchildren, Samantha and Aaron; mother-in-law, Barbara Watson, Binghamton NY; sister-in-law, Debra Bennett, Binghamton NY; brother-in-law, Richard Stringer, NC; several special step-grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Robert, Patrick, Shaun, and Keith Solsbury; and 1 sister, Ann Renker.

Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
