Joey was a wonderful young man. He spent a lot at our home at 103 Gordon Ave when he was younger. Joey grew up with our son Eric and all his friends. We are so sorry at his loss and remember him always. He was kind and thoughtful. Our prayers are with you and your family. Ursula, Toby and Eric Mancuso

I am shocked to hear of Joe's passing. I bought a car off of him when he had his car lot in Waymart. I could tell by that transaction he was a truly kind person. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

You would always see Joe hard at work but he would stop and give you a wave and a smile no matter what he was doing. Rest easy Joe !!! My condolences to your family
